Depending on the types of jobs and services your company provides, you may need to make significant changes here; we’ve merely listed basic types of jobs that are common across the industry.
The job category is determined by how it was initially presented to you. For example, if a job was a fire but that was taken care of by someone else and it is coming to you as a mold job then that would its category in your company.
